Return and Exchange

At ELS’ we take great pride in craftsmanship and the quality of our products.

We give utmost importance to design and material. Prior to shipping ,our team ensures that it passes our quality check. Our handcrafted pieces may have slight irregularities and imperfections which only add to the unique charm or the product.We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

However, upon receipt you are required to inspect and kindly notify us in case of damage. We will make arrangements for a prompt replacement.

Please note that DISCOUNTED, CUSTOMIZED, MADE TO ORDER and BULK ORDERS are NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN/EXCHANGE.

In case you are not satisfied with our product you may send us an email within 24hrs of purchase. The product can be returned through courier ( at your cost ) in its original packing. However, the courier cost shall not be refunded. Damaged products received by us shall not be refunded.

Once we receive the returned product , we shall initiate the refund process which may take around 7 working days. This period includes the time taken by our team and excludes any delay on part of Banks/ Card issuers or shipment time in case of Cheque refunds.

Refunds shall be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery(COD).

Refunds cannot be processed to the third party accounts i.e. the name on your ELS’ account needs to match with the name of bank account holder.

There shall be no RETURN or EXCHANGE on Bulk orders or Discounted products or Customized products.
